Reach Out
Call a friend over for the night or a cup of tea. Bake a cake and get uplifted by the aroma! Talk your heart out and lighten your load. Watch a comedy together to end the evening with a few laughs after all that heavy talk. Laughing reduces stress and can do wonders to your mood!

Home Alone
When at home, listen to music that’s positive, songs that make you feel strong. Gloria Gaynor’s ‘I Will Survive’ is a great break-up song! Write down your feelings and get it out of your system. Try some deep breathing and simply watch your breath with your eyes closed for a couple of minutes. Distract yourself with an online game or watch your favorite TV shows. And, most importantly, do spring cleaning or clear the clutter from your house. The house will look good and you will feel better.

Each man is attracted to or falls in love with a specific thing about a woman or a combination of things about a woman. On man may simply fall for a woman who has a certain way she may carry herself, and yet another may fall in love with a woman’s’ eyes. It depends upon what he is attracted to about the woman.

Most men will begin by fishing around to see what a woman’s personality is like and then a man will go from there. If something catches him as unusual say a woman has a preference of some sort and she makes this fact known like she is only interested in a blond man with blue eyes and he does not match the description. A man may be attracted to a woman’s because of her laughs or how intelligent she is there are many different aspects of a woman so a man may fall in love with many things about a woman.

However, if someone were to ask your man what one thing about you attracted his love for you what would you say it was maybe you’re take-charge attitude or your shy way of saying “Hi how are you? Something attracted his love and affection for you something he wanted to be apart of his life.

A woman should always be herself no play-acting or role-playing this only brings problems a man will fall in love with the real you faster than some person who you wish you were. Let him get to know you that is good enough and if it is not well then it is his loss not your. If a woman has to pretend to be someone other than whom or what she really is then the relationship begins with falsities and deceit. A relationship like this only ends badly and was a waste of both your time and his, now on the other hand if after the man falls in love with you and he choose to pretend things in the relationship together this is a healthy activity.

Let the man tell you what he fell in love with about you or what he is attracted to about you. Then the both of you have a stable beginning to work with and build on in the relationship.

Most men are not attracted to an aggressive woman or a woman who constantly peruses after him. Let him make the first move if he does not then you may approach him then back off way off and let him come to you. This is difficult to do however if it is right and he falls in love with something about you, you already have him hooked

These types of people are certified counselors, or marriage counselors that deal with relationship issues on a daily basis. These counselors have gone to school to learn about human behavior and relationships. Much of the time, this kind of counselor is not free however; there are agencies available to help with free counseling or advice for couples who may not be able to afford counseling.

Another good qualified person to give advice on relationships is a minister or a clergyman this type of counselor or marriage advisor can give the couples advice from the religious aspect of the relationship. A minister or clergyman will advise couples in the ways proper to the eyes or their God. What is healthy and what is not healthy on or out of relationships. Ministers can also advise couples who want to enter into a relationship for the first time, or those in relationships that are experiencing difficulties. Most often, the minister of the couple’s local church is the person who is called when an issue arises.

Please keep in mine that anything you discuss with either a professional counselor or ministers kept in the greatest of confidence. This means that what you say to them about your personal life and any difficulties you may have remains secrete and is not shared with any other person unless it is a collogue. If they were to discuss any details of your session’s with others they could loose their license and no longer counsel others.

It might be safe to receive advice from experts on relationships and or marriage from a couple who have been together for a long time. Many couples have managed to remain together through several difficult times and issues life has thrown at them. Therefore, it would be safe to ask them about certain issues this is if you know the couple well and may speak freely to them. It’s not recommended to just walk up to an older couple and begin talking about things out of the air this would be considered rude and inappropriate. This could also be embarrassing to you as well as to the couple being, approached.

If however you do know of some friends of the families you have know for quite some time go and sit and visit with them they would love to talk and share their secrets on how they have been together for a long period of time. Men look for many different things they want a woman to have if they want to enter into a relationship with her. Unbelievably these things are not the traits you would normally think they would be. Men look for many things like a woman who has a good heart and is sweet and kind. Most men look inside instead of outside to see the true woman. Looks should not make a man attracted to the woman if however, the woman does happen to be attractive then this is a bonus. Funny or a good since of humor helps when a man is looking for the right woman.

Other things like a woman who will just hang out and watch movies with a man make a good woman. Men also look for a woman who is intelligent and knows how the world works, and how to save money or spend money wisely. In addition, a woman who can be romantic, have a soft gentle side, and like animals is helpful.

To elaborate on some of the points mentioned here like a woman with a good heart or who is sweet and kind. A man does not want a woman who is mad and cranky all the time. A man wants a woman who thinks about him and his feeling before her and who will help him forget about the hard day at work and all the problems. A man likes to be surprised with a special or his favorite meal or a nice gentle back rub after a hard day.

A man is not necessarily concerned with looks what matters the most is the woman within however she must be as presentable as possible and well kept. Clean, pleasant appearance and well kept hair all help with the attraction issue.

A woman who is funny or who has a good time in whatever she does is pleasant. The man can take the woman around his friends and not have to worry that they will be afraid of offending the woman. A man wants a woman he can have some fun with and take his mind off the everyday world.

Intelligence in a woman is a wonderful trait as well a woman who can save money or spend money wisely, this is especially important to a man. No man wants a woman who will waste his hard-earned money on whims. Money is hard to come by and this is a quick turn off for a man. A man wants a woman who can take care of the house effectively and keep it clean and running smoothly.

Romance a woman who loves romance and passion is another trait men look for in women. Men do have a romantic side to them they do like to spoil their women and a woman who is easy to please in this category is plus for the romantic man. Long walks just talking and holding hands, or laying on a blanket in a park listening to the quiet sounds of the night can be romantic. Even taking your pets on the walks together can be romantic.
