OK, first of all – you deserve a break ? You’re tackling a difficult topic and probably situation there. So, let’s take a brief time out to relax together, while going through today’s lesson.

“Honesty, Integrity & Strength”

In order to win back your ex, make sure to do so in a manner that is not harmful to you personally. We mentioned no drugs, no alcohol, etc – no vices. Now here are some other tips for you:

1) Be honest with your self and your situation. It takes two people to have a relationship, two people to fight. So note that you are not perfect.

2) Have some integrity as you work through your relationship and future issues. Give yourself credit for your past efforts and tasks well done. Don’t be too hard on yourself.

3) Find inner strength to have patience and go on. Yet do not be a doormat.

4) Contacting your Ex’s relatives to find out info isn’t wise. Nothing personal, but relatives tend to stick together and this could make you feel worse unnecessarily.

5) Instead of ranting, raving and stalking…follow that Golden Rule. Be kind and seek inner peace with what’s bothering you. Get professional help, if you need to for understanding and dealing with complicated issues. There’s no shame in getting help!
